Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the official portal within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  Verification and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and, if applicable, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel before dropping it off at a local courier.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
